TODD BANK's Art Process
Adding sustainability (environment) to art; Frame structures are crafted from discarded materials or other unwanted items that Bank collects from locations around his studio. To decorate the frames, he also rides one of his handmade light electric vehicles out into the environment to recover small waste materials for free or from local business donations.
Waste Material Samples; Pictured to the right are examples of waste materials such as a brand new, never sold, pool cleaning device, pretty yellow and gold striped fabric, trophies, a giant roll of magenta felt fabric and a Beltran battery back-up (with batteries). All of these materials were recovered from the trash, cleaned and stored for future shows.
